About Simbhaoli Sugars
Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd was originally incorporated as "Simbhaoli Spirits Limited" on April 04, 2011under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, with Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh. The Company received the certificate for commencement of business on September 05, 2011.
A scheme of arrangement was carried out where in erstwhile Simbhaoli Sugars Limited ("the amlgamating company") was amalagamated into Simbhaoli Spirits Limited ("the amalgamated company") with all the immovable properties, assets, liabilities to the amalgamated company w.e.f. November 14, 2015. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed in to Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd
