HFCL share price has been gaining attention on Friday. HFCL Limited declared its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company witnessed a significant decline in revenue and profitability.
In Q4 FY25, HFCL posted a consolidated revenue of ₹800.72 crore, a decline of 20.87% QoQ and 39.62% YoY compared to ₹1,011.95 crore in Q3 FY25 and ₹1,326.06 crore in Q4 FY24, respectively.
The company’s EBITDA turned negative at ₹-22.33 crore, compared to a positive ₹171.89 crore in Q3 FY25 and ₹209.29 crore in Q4 FY24, reflecting a major hit to operating margins. EBITDA margin dropped drastically to -2.79%, down from 16.99% in Q3 FY25.
The net loss for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹-83.30 crore, compared to a profit of ₹72.58 crore in Q3 FY25 and ₹109.36 crore in Q4 FY24, highlighting significant pressure on the bottom line.
On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue of ₹757.19 crore, an EBITDA of -₹27.20 crore, and a net loss of ₹72.59 crore for the same quarter.
For the full year FY25, HFCL reported consolidated revenue of ₹4,064.52 crore, down 8.97% YoY from ₹4,465.05 crore in FY24. EBITDA declined 25.71% YoY to ₹506.75 crore, while PAT halved, dropping 48.67% YoY to ₹173.26 crore. The EBITDA and PAT margins also contracted by 281 bps and 330 bps, respectively.
On a standalone basis, HFCL reported FY25 revenue of ₹3,795.22 crore, EBITDA of ₹475.79 crore, and PAT of ₹194.75 crore.
Despite subdued financial performance, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share (10%) for FY25. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
On May 23, 2025, HFCL share price opened at ₹80.00, down from its previous close of ₹84.50. At 10:59 AM, the share price of HFCL was trading at ₹85.04, up by 0.64% on the NSE. Notably, the share price hit its 52-week low recently at ₹71.60 on April 7, 2025.
