The total income of Ruchi Soya rose by a whopping 41% from Rs. 4,475.59 crores during Q3 of FY 2021 to Rs. 6,301.19 crores during Q3 of FY 2022.

The entity is planning the expansion of its existing product line of nutraceuticals. Its brands such as Ruchi Sunlight, Ruchi Star, Nutrela, Sunrich, Mahakosh and Ruchi Kosh fetch positive responses from the customers.

Ruchi Soya involves over 39,000 farmers from more than 9 states of this nation under its oil palm cultivation, covering more than 56,000 hectares of land. It also deals with wind power generation, under which 19% is utilised in captive consumption.

By the end of February, the company may strike the capital market with its FPO (follow-on public offer) to raise a maximum of Rs. 4,300 crores.
