What do you see when you think of gold and real estate? If you’re like most people, you probably think of a bar of gold, and a nice looking house. Right? Interestingly, gold and real estate have evolved beyond these physical barriers today. To invest in the yellow metal, you may not wear gold jewellery like your grandmother did. But instead, you can invest in digital gold, Gold mutual funds, gold ETFs And even Sovereign Gold Bonds. As for real estate investments, maybe you're too young to buy a piece of land right away - but you don't have to. Instead, you can invest in REITs. Real Estate Investment Trusts - or REITs - are companies that invest in commercial real estate. You can buy shares of REITs and benefit from dividends as well as capital appreciation.
