Zensar Technologies has set July 11, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. On April 25, 2025, Zensar Technologies board declared a final dividend of ₹11 per share. 

Zensar Technologies said in an exchange filing, “Recommendation of final dividend of INR 11 per equity share of INR 2 each (face value) i.e. 550%, for financial year ended on March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing 62nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). The Company will inform the record date for the said purpose, in due course.” 

What Does Zensar Technologies Dividend Record Date Mean for Shareholders?

As Zensar Technologies has set July 11 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that July 10 marks the last day to buy Zensar Technologies shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after July 11 (record date), won't be eligible for the final dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.

Zensar Technologies Business Highlights

In Q4 FY25, the company achieved a revenue of $156.8M, reflecting a modest 0.9% growth sequentially in constant currency, though slightly down by 0.1% in reported currency. Gross margins for the quarter stood at 30.3%, marking a 20 basis points improvement from the previous quarter, while EBITDA as a percentage of revenue was 15.6%. For the full year FY25, the company generated total revenue of $624.5M, showing a 5.1% year-over-year growth in constant currency, and 5.4% in reported currency. The company also maintained a strong cash position, ending the year with a net cash balance of $290.5M.

Regionally, the US reported a modest sequential growth of 0.3% in constant currency, and a solid 6.5% growth YoY. Europe saw stronger performance, with a 2.5% sequential increase and a 10% YoY growth in constant currency. Africa, on the other hand, grew 0.9% sequentially, but experienced a slight YoY decline of 1.7% in constant currency.
