
Abakkus Mutual Fund has filed a Scheme Information Document for its Flexi Cap Fund with SEBI, an open-ended equity scheme investing across large cap, mid cap and small cap stocks. The scheme aims to generate capital appreciation over the long term through diversified portfolio investments.
The Abakkus Flexi Cap Fund will invest 65% to 100% in equity and equity-related instruments, 0% to 35% in debt and money market instruments. Units will be offered at ₹10 each during the New Fund Offer. The scheme will reopen within 5 business days from the date of allotment under the NFO.
The primary objective is to generate capital appreciation and provide long-term growth opportunities through equity and equity-related instruments. The secondary objective is to generate consistent returns by investing in debt and money market securities.
The scheme will be benchmarked against the BSE 500 Index TRI, which represents the top 500 companies based on full market capitalisation. The scheme risk-o-meter indicates a high risk profile suitable for investors seeking capital appreciation over the long term.

The scheme carries an exit load of 1% of applicable NAV if units are redeemed within 3 months beyond the 10% limit. No entry load will be charged to investors. The minimum application amount for lump sum investment is ₹500 and in multiples of ₹1 thereafter.
The scheme offers Regular and Direct Plans, each with Growth and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal options. A Systematic Investment Plan facility is available with weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and half-yearly frequencies with a minimum of ₹500 and 6 instalments.
The scheme may invest in foreign securities, including ADRs, GDRs and ETFs up to 35% of total assets. Derivative exposure for non-hedging purposes will be up to 50% of equity assets. Abakkus Investment Managers Private Limited will manage the scheme as the Asset Management Company.
