Patanjali Foods Ltd has decided to pay an interim dividend of ₹1.75 on or before Dec 07, 2025. The company had fixed Nov 13 as the record date for the dividend. 

Patanjali Foods said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.75 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/-each for the Financial Year 2025-26. The payment of the same will be made on or before December 07, 2025. The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Thursday, November 13, 2025, as the “Record Date” to ascertain the name of the eligible shareholders / beneficial owners of the equity shares of the Company to whom the aforesaid interim dividend shall be payable.

Patanjali Foods Q2FY26 Results Highlights

The company achieved its highest-ever half-yearly revenue from operations, marking a significant milestone in its performance. Total income, including other income, reached ₹18,629.08 crore, reflecting strong growth compared to ₹15,307.56 crore in the corresponding period last year. Operating EBITDA stood at ₹873.28 crore, maintaining stability against ₹872.54 crore in H1FY25.

With a global presence across 35 countries, the company recorded an export turnover of ₹91.03 crore. In the Wind Turbine Power Generation segment, revenues for H1FY26 were ₹25.20 crore. Notably, the company continues to advance its sustainability goals, meeting approximately 22% of its total energy requirements through renewable sources.
