
National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) is set to announce its financial results for the second quarter of FY26 on November 13, 2025. The announcement will include the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter and half-year ended September 2025.
In its stock exchange filing dated October 31, the company stated that the Board of Directors meeting will be held on November 13 to review and approve the results.
In line with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading regulations, NSDL has kept its trading window closed for designated persons from October 1 to November 15, 2025. This ensures transparency and compliance in the lead-up to the company’s earnings release.
NSDL will host an earnings conference call with investors on November 13, 2025, at 5 p.m. to discuss its Q2FY26 financial performance and business outlook.

In the previous quarter (Q1FY26), NSDL reported a 15.16% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit after tax at ₹89.6 crore, compared to ₹77.8 crore in Q1FY25.
Its EBITDA increased 19.39% YoY to ₹129.5 crore, though total income declined to ₹346.8 crore from ₹364.9 crore in the same period last year.
Since its listing in August 2025, NSDL share price has gained 15.56% overall. However, the stock has seen some short-term weakness, and has been down by 7.69% over the past month and 0.65% in the last five sessions.
As of 9:41 a.m. on Wednesday, NSDL share price was trading 2.02% higher at ₹1,081.65 apiece on the BSE, outperforming the BSE Sensex, which rose 0.63% during the same period.
