
Dilip Buildcon Ltd (DBL) released its financial performance for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
Standalone revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 declined to ₹1,417 crore from ₹2,177 crore in Q2 FY25, marking a 34.91% year-on-year contraction. EBITDA excluding other income also fell from ₹222 crore to ₹153 crore, down 31.08%. Profit after tax saw the steepest decline, dropping 68.22% to ₹41 crore compared to ₹129 crore in the corresponding period last year.
For H1 FY26, standalone revenue stood at ₹3,427 crore, lower than ₹4,535 crore in H1 FY25, reflecting a 24.43% decline. EBITDA fell 26.6% to ₹356 crore, while PAT slipped 7.34% to ₹164 crore.
Consolidated revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 dropped 21.74% to ₹1,926 crore, compared to ₹2,461 crore in Q2 FY25. EBITDA excluding other income showed a smaller decline of 5.80%, coming in at ₹471 crore versus ₹500 crore last year. Consolidated PAT decreased 19.55% to ₹214 crore from ₹266 crore.
For H1 FY26, consolidated revenue decreased 18.76% to ₹4,546 crore. Unlike the quarterly trend, EBITDA showed a mild improvement of 1.43%, rising to ₹991 crore. Consolidated PAT improved 19.75% to ₹485 crore from ₹405 crore, indicating operational resilience.
The company secured six new projects worth ₹5,665 crore across multiple states and completed three HAM projects worth ₹2,442 crore. DBL also progressed in divesting stakes in HAM projects and completed the listing of Anantam Highways InvIT.
On November 14, 2025, Dilip Buildcon share price (NSE: DBL) opened at ₹470.00, down from its previous close of ₹475.10. At 11:29 AM, the share price of Dilip Buildcon was trading at ₹464.60, down by 2.21% on the NSE.

Despite financial pressure reflected in lower revenue and profit during Q2 and H1 FY26, Dilip Buildcon continued to strengthen its project pipeline, improve execution and advance its asset monetisation roadmap. The company’s steady progress in new project wins and InvIT initiatives provides a constructive outlook for future performance.
