
PhysicsWallah Ltd. is set to release the allotment status of its initial public offering (IPO) on Friday, November 14. The issue, which opened for bidding on 11 November and concluded on 13 November, saw measured interest across investor categories.
The public offer, valued at ₹3,480 crore, comprised both a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale.
Successful applicants are likely to see shares credited to their Demat accounts prior to the scheduled listing date of Monday, November 18. Refunds for investors who do not receive an allotment will be processed on the same day as credit of shares.
According to data available on the NSE, the mainboard IPO was subscribed 1.81 times overall. The issue drew bids for more than 33.62 crore shares against the 18.62 crore shares on offer.

The IPO consisted of a fresh issue of 28.44 crore shares worth ₹3,100 crore, along with an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 3.49 crore shares, amounting to ₹380 crore. The price band for the issue was set at ₹103–₹109 per share, with a minimum retail application of 137 shares, translating to an investment of ₹14,933.
PhysicsWallah IPO has outlined plans to utilise the raised capital for the development of new offline and hybrid centres, lease payments for existing centres, investment in its subsidiary Xylem Learning, and general corporate needs.
Applicants can verify their allotment status online through the BSE, NSE, or the registrar MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd.
PhysicsWallah operates as an edtech company offering online and offline learning solutions across various academic and competitive exam segments. The firm continues to expand its physical learning centres and hybrid models with the aim of strengthening its presence in the education space.
