The wait is finally over for the beneficiaries of Madhya Pradesh’s Ladli Behna Yojana. Starting today, November 12, 2025, around 1.26 crore women across the state will receive their 30th installment directly in their bank accounts. What makes this transfer even more special is the increase in the monthly assistance amount: from ₹1,250 to ₹1,500.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will release the installment through a single-click transfer during a special program in Seoni. The upgraded payment of ₹1,500 per beneficiary marks the government’s latest move to strengthen financial support for women.
The scheme, which began in March 2023, initially offered ₹1,000 per month. It was later raised to ₹1,250 in September 2023. Now, with the November 2025 payout, women will see a ₹250 hike in their monthly benefit.
The decision to enhance the payout was approved in the state cabinet meeting chaired by CM Mohan Yadav. Under the new structure, the Ladli Behna Yojana will provide ₹1,500 every month to eligible women. The move aims to help them manage household expenses and improve financial independence.
However, the revision will also raise the government’s annual expenditure, with an additional ₹1,793.75 crore burden for FY 2025–26. This will take the total estimated cost of the scheme to ₹20,450.99 crore.

With the enhanced ₹1,500 assistance, the initiative continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of millions of women by strengthening households, encouraging self-reliance, and reaffirming the state’s commitment to inclusive growth.
