SENSEX DLY CHART
Markets, after challenging the downtrend by forming a higher bottom at 17470 / 5233 levels on the daily chart,
have faced resistance near the 200-day SMA (18837 / 5650). The daily intermediate trend is up and has support
at 18252- 18103 - 17953 / 5464 - 5420 - 5376 levels. In addition, the positive crossover, viz. in the RSI and the
stochastic on the weekly chart, suggests an upmove in the coming weeks. The immediate resistance is at 18737
/ 5608 levels. Any close above this level would confirm the higher-top higher-bottom formation that would result
indices to cross the 200-day SMA (18837 / 5650) and test higher levels of 19050 - 19200 / 5700 - 5750.
Since 17470 / 5233 levels hold significance in the intermediate daily up trend, traders are advised to trade with a
positive bias as long as this level holds.
