Justification:
The stock has given a massive recovery in last four months after forming a strong base the 1000 mark in the month of
December 2016. Now, the stock prices are on the verge of confirming a breakout from the 2016 highs of 1320.43. This
price development is happening after a consolidation of nearly three weeks, which we believe would provide the impetus
for the next leg of the upward rally. In addition, similar to most of the outperforming stocks, we can observe rising slope
of the ‘RSI-Smoothened’ oscillator above the 70 mark on weekly chart, which certainly is an encouraging sign. Thus, we
advise traders to buy this stock at current levels to a decline up to `1318 for a target of `1430 over the next 14 to 21
sessions. The stop loss should be fixed at `1274.
