Justification:
We witnessed massive underperformance from the stock after posting a stupendous rally in the month of February. Although,
we had one whipsaw last month around 450, we believe that the stock is now trading around its strong support zone and is
poised for a decent bounce back in the near term. On the daily chart, we can see multiple narrow range candles around the
127% ‘Price Extension’ of the previous up move; indicating exhaustion in the fall. In addition, the ‘RSI-Smoothened’ on daily
chart is now at the lowest levels in recent years. Hence, we expect the stock to give a decent pull back rally beyond the 400
mark. Traders are advised to buy this stock at current levels and on declines at `376 for a target of `422 over the next
14 - 21 sessions. The stop loss should be fixed at `359.
